If you're interested in working together, all the details you need to get in touch are on my Contact page. Or, if you want to know more about my writing, check out my Portfolio.

I'm an experienced digital editor, writer, and product reviewer and am currently the Fitness Editor at Tom's Guide. I was previously the Fitness Editor at Fit&Well and Buyer's Guide Editor at MakeUseOf.

I've covered sustainable technology, privacy in the digital age, and how to make the best use of your tech, through to the top ways to exercise at home with minimal equipment, buying advice for home workout essentials, and product reviews.

I enjoy simplifying complex topics, a skill I learnt while studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Surrey. It's a core theme of my portfolio, whether I'm writing buying advice, tutorials, or beginner's guides.

Over the years, I have attended the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, Black Hat Europe in London, and IFA Berlin. I was a co-host of the Blocks Decoded Podcast and a regular contributor to The Really Useful Podcast.

Alongside writing, I curated the weekly Fit&Well newsletter and managed all of the brand's social media accounts, including Pinterest, Flipboard, Twitter/X, and Instagram and developed a strategy to grow traffic from Facebook.

In 2013, I was diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (PoTS). This effects my autonomic nervous system, distrupting the body's automatic processes like sleep, digestion, and blood flow. I write about it over at POTS Jots.

To help manage the symptoms, I began meditating in 2014 and haven't missed a day since. I've written about my experience on Happiness and Fit&Well, and have interviewed meditation teachers to develop beginner-friendly guides.

I'm passionate about helping people improve their wellbeing, and I was a Listening Volunteer for the suicide prevention charity Samaritans for five years, providing emotional support via phone, email, and online chat.
